Position Summary: Patient Service Representative

Performing duties such as:

greeting patients

guide patients through registration

collect payments

printing labels and assisting clinical staff

regular communication with the logistical coordinator

attendance of weekly meetings

translation for monolingual Spanish speakers

able to understand their needs (the spoken and unspoken ones)

think on your feet

problem-solve independently
