Position Summary: Patient Service Representative

 

Performing duties such as:

  • greeting patients

  • guide patients through registration

  • collect payments

  • printing labels and assisting clinical staff

  • regular communication with the logistical coordinator

  • attendance of weekly meetings

  • translation for monolingual Spanish speakers

Qualifications:

  • able to chat people up and put them at ease with friendly conversation

  • able to understand their needs (the spoken and unspoken ones)

  • understand and execute on the expression of our company mission

  • think on your feet

  • problem-solve independently

  • strive to learn about how we can improve on our patient's experience

Status: Part-time, Seasonal, potentially Full-time
